Pedestrian gate with a full-height laser-cut panel where foliage covers the entire leaf.

The BKD 01 extends across the whole leaf the foliage motif that the BKD 01-200 concentrates in a narrow band; as the design runs from the bottom edge to the top, the gate reads more as a decorative panel than a closed leaf and light passes through the openings. The panel is laser cut from a single aluminium sheet, the material bridges between the motifs give the leaf its rigidity and the surface resists corrosion. This full-height cut is chosen for entrances where visual effect matters more than privacy.
